Our cards are sent out with free postage to the UK.
Please contact us via email for overseas orders.
You can return goods at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail or write to us. We are unable to accept returns over the phone.
If you cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days of writing to us, complete with the original packaging to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
If failure to package goods properly for return results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
If goods are faulty you must advise us within 2 days of delivery. When you return them to us, we will refund all monies paid to us by you including any postage within 30 days.
We reserve the right not to replace any item when the cello bag has been opened (except for in the event of a problem inside the card), as we will deem this opening as acceptance of the goods.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
